Children aged 0-18 who need school-required vaccinations but don’t have insurance can contact Diane Sabbagh at 201-291-6337. Please see below for eligibility.
- Medicaid eligible: Children who have health insurance covered by the state Medicaid program. In New Jersey, children enrolled in NJ FamilyCare Plan A are eligible to receive VFC vaccines. Plans B, C, and D are not eligible
- Uninsured: A child who has no health insurance coverage
- American Indian or Alaska Native: As defined by the Indian Health Care Improvement Act (25 U.S.C. 1603)

It is where individuals and families can easily shop for and buy health coverage and is the only place to receive financial help. You can use GetCoveredNJ to compare health plans, calculate costs, and choose the plan that works best for you and your family. It is the only place you will be able to apply for financial help to lower your monthly insurance premium and out-of-pocket costs. It can also find if you might qualify for free or low-cost health insurance through New Jersey’s publicly funded health insurance program, NJ FamilyCare.
